I met him at the local animal shelter yesterday, I decided to visit him again today to take what I hope to be his last photo behind the fence... if I could adopt him out, I would. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to have pets in this apartment, he's such a cute little dog that deserves a good loving home. I actually named him "Scrappy" even though I don't own him.
